Note:

1. Respiration: Count respiratory rate for 1 full minute if high repeat it.
2. Pulse: Count for pulse/ heart rate (Normal 100-160/min)
3. CRT: See for capillary refill time (CRT)- Normal < 3 sec.
4. Measure axillary temperature: (Normal 36.5 degree to 37.5 degree centigrade) If no thermometer available. Use back of hand to feel abdominal wall and both lower limbs
