IMNCI Treatment Chart booklet is prepared by the Family Welfare Division of the Department of Health Services. The objective of this treatment chart booklet is to assist health workers in the integrated assessment, classification, and treatment of diseases observed in newborns and infants up to two months, as well as children from two months to five years. The booklet aims to support health workers in the evaluation, categorization, and treatment of diseases in a unified manner during this critical period of infancy and early childhood.
